How To Change the Default Calendar In Outlook?
Summary: The default calendar in Outlook is the calendar folder which is placed within your default data file mailbox. Therefore, this doesn’t consistently have to be the same as your default mail account. When a new meeting request is received, Outlook will use that calendar to establish an item even when you received an invite message via a distant account.
Verify or Transform Default Mailbox Data File

Outlook 2007 and Previous
Step 1. File >> Data file Management.
Outlook 2010 and 2013

Calendar within IMAP and POP3 Accounts
IMAP and POP3 accounts will use the calendar folder which consists of the default mailbox data file as default calendar. This is also the case when you have authorized a POP3 account data file of its own and created a calendar folder in there.
