Step 1: Close all open mail Outlook and go to this location: – C:\Documents and Settings\Admin\Local Setting\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

  • To define scan log options, click on options and after that choose the option that you want.
  • Click Start.

Case 1: I think you need to check your Junk E-Mail folder first under “Personal folder”. If you get the email in the Junk email folder then, just do one thing to prevent this from happening again, mark it as not junk by following the simple path:

  • Go to the junk email folder under the personal folder.
